Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you", or "your") and MB8Rock (hereinafter referred to as "MB8Rock", "the Company", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of the MB8Rock website located at mb8rock.cam and all associated services, games, applications, and payment facilities (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account on the MB8Rock Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. MB8Rock strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will require documentary verification during the KYC process.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of MB8Rock or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You have not previously had an Account with MB8Rock that was closed, suspended, or terminated for cause.
• You are not self-excluded from MB8Rock or from any other gambling platform pursuant to a self-exclusion agreement.
• You are registering and using the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, impairment, or any other condition that would render you incapable of understanding and accepting these Terms.

MB8Rock reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any application for Account registration without providing a reason. The Company's decision on eligibility shall be final and binding.

Account Registration & KYC

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process on the Platform by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly in the event of any change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You agree to: (a) select a strong, unique password; (b) not share your credentials with any third party; (c) notify MB8Rock immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account; and (d) log out of your Account after each session on shared or public devices.

MB8Rock will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any wager or transaction executed through your Account credentials will be deemed to have been made by you.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. MB8Rock reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and confiscate any Balances therein.

All Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal request may be processed. MB8Rock may also request KYC documentation at any time during the lifecycle of an Account. Required documents typically include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian government-issued identification document — MyKad (NRIC), Driver's Licence, or Passport (front and back where applicable).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming your residential address, issued within the past three (3) months.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document alongside your face, taken in adequate lighting.

MB8Rock may request additional documentation at its discretion, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Deposits may be made using any of the following supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT).

MB8Rock does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees. Deposit processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow — instant; FPX bank transfers — 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose Accounts have been fully KYC-verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Processing times for approved withdrawals are as follows: e-wallets — same day (typically within 1 hour during business hours); bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

MB8Rock reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the Company in writing.

The Company reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion. Any applicable limits will be communicated to the Player through the Account dashboard or via customer support.

The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). All Account Balances, deposits, wagers, and payouts are denominated and settled in MYR. Deposits made via cryptocurrency will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting, as determined by MB8Rock.

Bonuses & Promotions

MB8Rock may, at its absolute discretion, offer Bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled in full before any winnings derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are explicitly stated on the relevant promotion page. The following general wagering requirements apply to MB8Rock's standard welcome offers:

• 288% Magnificent Bonus: 35x wagering requirement on Bonus amount. Minimum deposit RM50. Validity: 30 days.
• 100% Standard Bonus: 10x wagering requirement on Deposit plus Bonus amount. Minimum deposit RM50. Validity: 14 days.
• 188% Esports Bonus: 18x wagering requirement on Bonus amount. Minimum deposit RM50. Validity: 21 days.
• 2% Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus: No wagering requirement. Minimum deposit RM50. Validity: Not applicable.

The following restrictions apply to all Bonus offers unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms:

• Each Bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• MB8Rock reserves the right to void Bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or has registered multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple Bonuses.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• Certain games may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements. Players are advised to check the specific game contribution rates applicable to each promotion before wagering Bonus funds.
• MB8Rock reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant Game, which are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant product page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any wager.

MB8Rock reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: bets placed after the scheduled start of an event, bets placed in breach of these Terms, and bets that exceed applicable stake limits. A bet is only accepted once a unique transaction reference is generated and displayed to the Player.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious error in the setting of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, MB8Rock reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to Players' Accounts. The Company will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from system errors, including but not limited to lost winnings, lost time, or incidental damage.

In-play (live) betting markets — including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and UFC events — are offered subject to market availability and MB8Rock's internal trading protocols. MB8Rock reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event without prior notice. Bets accepted prior to suspension will stand unless determined to be in breach of these Terms.

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and stake limits through their Account settings. These limits are designed to support responsible gambling and, once set, may not be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases to limits take immediate effect.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MB8Rock Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account Balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party or allowing any third party to use your Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Colluding with other players or exploiting software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, disable, overload, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with MB8Rock support.
• Engaging in any form of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the opening of multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome offers.

Intellectual Property

All content on the MB8Rock Platform, including but not limited to software code, databases, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game mechanics, and text, is the exclusive property of MB8Rock or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose as a registered Player. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; or (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on any Platform content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the Platform may be used by MB8Rock freely and without obligation, attribution, or compensation to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MB8Rock, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or information;
• Loss of goodwill or business reputation;
• Damages arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform;
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to maintain account security;
• Gambling losses resulting from the use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MB8Rock makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by MB8Rock's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

Privacy & Data

MB8Rock collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

MB8Rock will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with: (a) payment processors for transaction fulfilment; (b) KYC and identity verification service providers; (c) fraud detection and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance partners; and (d) regulatory bodies where required by applicable law.

All personal data is stored using industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. For full details on your data rights, including the right of access, rectification, and erasure, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gambling

MB8Rock is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following provisions form part of the Company's responsible gambling obligations:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. MB8Rock enforces this through mandatory KYC verification and reserves the right to suspend any Account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect underage use.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once set, limits may not be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Session Reminders: Players may set time-based session reminders to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Any Player who believes they may have a problem with gambling may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a period of their choosing (minimum 6 months, with permanent exclusion available). Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to MB8Rock customer support.
• Reality Checks: Players are encouraged to monitor their betting history, win/loss records, and time on Platform through Account history tools.

Account Suspension & Termination

MB8Rock reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that the Player has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct;
• Attempted to manipulate the outcome of any Game or exploit system vulnerabilities;
• Failed to satisfy the Company's AML or KYC requirements;
• Been found to be under the age of 21.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, MB8Rock reserves the right to withhold and void any remaining Balance in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

A Player may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting MB8Rock customer support. Voluntary Account closure will not affect the Player's obligation to settle any outstanding liabilities to the Company. Any eligible Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player following completion of any pending verification requirements.

Amendments

MB8Rock reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be notified to Players via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on the Account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MB8Rock holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve such dispute through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause shall limit MB8Rock's right to seek injunctive or other urgent equitable relief in any jurisdiction. Players agree that they shall not bring any class action proceedings against MB8Rock and waive the right to trial by jury where permitted by applicable law.
